Is there any freeware that can make a .bin/.cue files to burn to SVCD from an MPEG. I see alot of SW to extract the MPEG from the .bin/.cue, but I have an MPEG that I want on an SVCD.

You don"t need to make a Bin/Cue to Burn a VCD or SVCD You can just use an VCD/SVCD Burning program (Nero) to Burn the Mpeg files to VCD/SVCD for you....

If you want to Make a Bin/Cue you Might try "VCDEasy" which can do what you want But I don"t know how free it is unless you are able to Find a Very old version....
