I have seen a lot of guides for dvd ripping, but I noticed their tmpgenc wizard have alot more options then I do. How do they do this, I would very much like to learn how.

You might want to get a newer version of TMPGenc. (The Version that comes in software bundles, most of the time, are old)
If that doesnt do it for you, it's because the people creating the guides, have the Pro version of TMPGenc.
I never used the free version of TMPGenc, so i cant tell what the differenses are.
