Has anybody used the WinTV PVR 250 to capture video in PAL format? I had trouble with it and Hauppauge tech support sent me an allformat.reg file to run. I still get black-and-video of a perfect NTSC signal converted to PAL format. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
