PS2 w/Duo2 SE just stopped after 12 Hours

I installed a duo2 se in a v7 ps2 and left it running over night as I always do to test it. After 12 hours I put the top case back on left it for another 4 hours and went to pack it up to take it back and I thought I would switch it back on just to test and nothing (blank screen)

I have pulled it apart and reconnected all the connecters but to no avail.

Does anyone know why they do this? Is it something to do with the duo2 se (clone no doubt).I installed a H20 the other day and had no problems what so ever.definately recommend this chip.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
