I have a Samsung A800 locked to the o2 network. o2 is useless where I live, I am unable to get a signal without going 3 miles away from home though the coverage shown on their website shows this area as very good. I tried to take it up with o2 but the only reply I got was to ring a number, after going through 6 automated messages I eventually got to speak with somebody in India, he did not understand me and I did not understand him. On the otherhand the signal from Vodaphone is quite good, hence wanting to change.
The IME No. is 351004267096961.
Any help/advice gratefully received.
