I have a mpeg2 file of video/audio made in Nero Vision. I authored the file and burned it down. Lovely. I just want to dub over the cuss words so I can comfortably make a copy for my conservative Mother.
I still have the full mpeg.
I tried to open it in Nero Wav Editor... no luck.
Tried Sound Forge 6 but it needs a plug-in and there's no support or plug-in available to buy.
I think it would be great to stick in "Motherfather" instead of "that other word" like was done on a great Mr. Show episode.
