Hi,
I already downloaded
1.DivX ;-) MPEG4 Codec release 3.11 alpha
2.Xvid Codec
3.DivX Pro
4.AC3Filter v0.63b
My DivX finally worked but The sound is rattle and the speed of the movie is faster than any regular movie. What do I need to do?
Do I need to uninstall nimo Codec Pack?

Yes I would definitely get rid of the codec pack, they seem to be the cause of many a problem. If you have the same issue after you are done check back. Also are these movies you made or downloaded? And get Gspot, it really helps in determining exactly what codecs you need.

I Downloaded the movie. I tried to install G-Spot, I couldn't do it. I Uninstalled the Nimo Codec pack, and it's still the same thing. The sound still rattles on Every movie such as DVD,SVCD,DIVX,XVID. I also installed FFD-Show. Do you think FFD-Show might also cause the problem? I

I don't know ffdshow but I haven't heard any complaints about it. Just out of curiosity, have you tried playing an mp3 or cd and see if it sounds bad too? It's too bad you couldn't run GSpot, it might show us a common thread with the movies and what sound format they use though I'd expect it to be AC3 on DVD's. Another question, did you uninstall the nimo codec before you installed the new codecs? Also, when did this start happening? Were you ever able to play dvd's or avi's?

I uninstalled codec after I installed DIVX,XVID,etc. My mp3 sounds is good. Only my DVD,XVID,SVCD, sounds rattling. This problem starts happening after I installed DIVX,XVID from afterdawn link. Before I installed it, my XVID,SVCD,DVD don't sound rattle. Could you please show me step by step please? Do I need to start over again to install everything?

Step by step would be uninstall DIVX, DIVX pro, XVID, AC3, Nimo (if it's still installed), ffdshow. Reboot your machine. Reinstall DIVX and DIVX pro, check a divx movie to see if it still has a problem with sound. It may not have any sound, so you may have to install the AC3 too. If all is still good then go on to installing XVID. Check you XVID and DIVX movies to see if there is a problem with the sound. I'd like to give you more precise steps but I'm at work and don't have any of these things on my PC here.
