All you need is nero (www.ahead.com) if thats not the link go on google

Then, you need to check what kind of movie you downloaded. If its an SVCD, you go to Super Video CD in Nero, and add ONE of the movie files. and then another one on a seperate disc.
If its Video CD, same story.

If its .AVI (DivX or XViD) Then you cannot burn it to CD or DVD (2 make it playable on DVD players). It's not impossible but for that you will probably have to wait about 6-10 hours to re-encode the .AVI file to .MPG

You CAN burn them to DVD, but then you will also have to re-encode the files, and that can take hours. So i recommend you to just burn 'em to CDs (plus you save money on those DVD-R's) and burning 'em to DVD wont give u any extra quality, and to CD wont decrease quality either. how ever .AVI to .MPG may decrease quality (wether its on DVD or CD)

Phew! I typed too much in too little time.
anyway, i hope this helps
