Hi am just checking if anyone have ever used this replacemant LA 6508 chip on there V9 or V10 here (http://www.modzone.com/infobase/install/LA6508RII/LA6508(RII)diagram.jpg) i've tried it on one of my V9 but with no luck dosen't give function to the laser at all only the eject function. I tried 2 of them and same problem. Anyone has successfully repaired there ps2 with one??
