you can burn a copy of a copy with a normal dvd copy software such roxio or nero with out all the decritors because once the movie has been ripped from the original disc it has no css incription

Yes nero works or roxio(disc copier) called (burnering on the fly)or you can use dvd decrypter ISO read ISO write(which is the safest way) ,if your going to burn on the fly make sure the copy is free of read errors and your using good blank media(Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim) and burn at a slower speed(4X)or it will fail, t
