I'd like to know, and which sites would most likely have the best ones (e.g. teammodders.com)

I'd like to know when a pre-modded ps3 with a PERMANENT mod-chip would come out (like the dms4 for ps2 is, b/c it's great and flash-upgradeable)

There is a ps3 forum. No one is going to be able to answer that until the ps3 comes out.

About 4-6months after, it takes time for people to study the PS3 and actaully making a device (chip) that works.
