ILO DVD RECORDER

Can anyone tell me why my ILO DVDR05 recorder will not record sound on the second session of a DVD-R disk recording. The picture is great, but no sound. On the first session of the disk. Both sound & picture are OK. Just the later sessions are a problem.
It works correctly on all sessions with a RW disk.
