Which track to rip?

I want to rip a dvd of mine and keep it in a mpeg format. Everytime I rip the move from track 1 it plays the movie with the sound track of the director talking throughout the movie. I don't want this. I'm using a software called SmartRipper 2.41 and using DVD2AVI 1.77.4. SmartRipper shows 4 Titles, and two of them have the full movie. I know this CD plays Standard and Widescreen. And the movie is just fine, it just the sound that I want corrected. Any help out there?

If you use Smart Ripper and have multiple tracks, then you should open the .VOB files it creates with DVD2AVI (even though that version is pretty old by now) and select the Track Number to decode from the Audio menu. If you don't know which one it is, then go back to the DVD and see the order of the choices of audio files, then pick the one correlating to that number.
