Ok. as I am very upset with the rulings in Finland, I would like to know what recommanddations yall have as to what I need to DL before it's to late! I currently use Shrink and then DvD decypter with ANYDVD in the background to "back-up" my movies. I allready have DVDFAB express, but not fingered it all out yet. What other programs do I need to get before it's to late. The reason I ask is that Shrink will no longer be updated and I think the same for DvD decypter. So who knows how long thay will last.
Also, I believe the forums will still be the same,but will afterdawn be allowed, via forums, to point us to websites that will be allwoed supply us with these programs???? Maybe as a sponsered add?? With link? Or via forums???
I believe afterdawn to be a GREAT community of very smart and talanted people. Not just the employees but also those that post and help others. It really hurts that the big wigs of the world want to put as many restricions on us little people as thay possibly can. Because we all know that thay get there movies for free. Get treated to "special" deals all over the world. While we scrounge around trying to pick up bread crumbs.

Dvdfab decryper = free and updated once in a while

Dvdfab express = free trial,very effective for me with Lords of dogtown whereas dvd shrink/dvd decrypter/and dvdfab decrypter all failed.

Nero6 = OEM version works very well.It comes packaged with some new dvd-rw's. It is the best performing burn engine that I use.

IMGburn = Free,created by lightningUK himself/herself. Looks just like dvd decrypter's ISO mode.It's only a burn engine.

You still need AnyDVD for all these programs.

Though DVD Shrink hasn't been updated for about a year and a half,it's still very effective.

Dvd decrypter will fit on a floppy,if you remember them, LOL
I keep both DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter on a portable usb mobile drive.This way I have a hard copy whenever I need to re-install it again.
