Video Editing Software - no audio - wazzup?

I'm using a Sony Vaio Desktop - I have Click to DVD, MovieShaker, and ULEAD VideoStudio 7.

Item 1 - I can capture vidio from my Sony MicroMV cam in Click to DVD, and MovieShaker, but I cannot get VideoStudio to capture video from the MicroMV source - will operate cam, but not capture.

Item 2 - the MMV files captured by Click to DVD and MovieShaker include the audio, but Click to DVD is the only one that I can hear the audio when editing clips - that would not be a problem except that I would rather do everything in VideoStudio, but it doesn't capture and when I convert MMV's from MovieShaker, the file's audio doesn't work.

Thoughts?
