I installed and ran mobile phone tools and i even transfered a pic and a ringtone to my razr. But know for some reason when i open the mobile phone tools it pics up the phone and everything. But when i click on the media studio i loose my connection and there is no longer any signal from the phone to the software. But when i close media studio it is able to pick up my phone and i have a good reception what is the cause of this
