could somebody please explain the difference btw DVD+R,DVD-R, DVD+RW and DVD-RW. i am VERY new to dvd burning and i would really appreciate it

If you use the glossary tab at the top of the page, you can click on the hyperlink to each of these formats and get the definition of each of these terms. Very easy reading.
