Ahoy there!

OK, this for you techie dudes out there. Santi Claws delivered a E1000 to replace my knackered A835. As I have the USB data cable and Mobile Phone Tools software from the latter, I re-installed it and carried out a live update to v3.28. So far so good.

Eventually, I finally got the thing to recognise the phone etc. All seems to work OK with one exception . . . it won't allow me access to the Multimedia Studio in order to copy over files from PC to phone!

Bummer! I have no idea why. When I click the icon or select from the menu, the hour glass appears next to the cursor icon for a few seconds and then disappears. It seems like it's trying to open or access whatever it needs to but is failing. There are no error messages.

If anyone has a solution or could recommend an alternative (free) software package to try out, then please advise.

I am using Win XP Pro/SP2.
