Hi, i am trying to recover a dvd with dvd x rescue, it counts down and examines the disc fine, however it will not allow me to click rescue(it doesn't light up green). the smae thing happens regardless of what disc i put in. i have copied a disc using dvd express and then tried the same disc in dvd x rescue with no success can anyone help
