Are these DVD-Rs grade A? Will they work with my 1x Matshita DVD-R/RAM LF-D311 burner?

They should but you don't need to buy 4x. You can save money by buying 1x since your drive is only 1x.

Agree - A cheaper 1x is all you need, but make sure it will play back on your TV's DVD player.

Ya I think 4X is still too expensive... just stick with 1X and wait till price drop... however recently i see all media is raising their price might be the fact that there's a shortage ... I use Universal too they are great
