I recently downloaded a ps2 game it came in .rar files
I unrar'ed it and I got these
.img
.bin
.02
a system dial
and data0 - data4.bin files
whats next?

Those are the files that make up a games iso file. How many times did you extract them? It looks like you might've went one step too far.

If you get the iso file, burn that on to a disc.

and let it unrar it by itself

That is what you'll want to burn. If you use DVD Decrypter, you can choose either file. The mds file just tells Decrypter what to burn.

Also, just to throw this out there, be sure to use good media, like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Sony, Maxell, TDK or Philips.
