Help flashing DMS EZI with ToxicBIOS

I have EZI Lite so I need to do a disc flash?, but unfortunately my PS2 sucks at reading CDs. I downloaded the ToxicBIOS file, and according to the guide I used, I need to burn the CUE file to do a disc flash. But I guess I can't put a CUE file on a DVD? I'm gunna try burning a CD but I bet I'll be sitting here all night trying to get it to read.

Anyway way to get the Toxic files I need for a flash onto a DVD-R?

Ok well I tried using DVDDecrypter to burn the BIN file to a DVD. Burned it successfully, put it in my PS2, the PS2 reads it, but it won't do anything. It reads the disc, then just goes to the browser and shows my mem card and the "DVD Movie". If I select the DVD, it goes to a black screen and acts like it's loading again, only to go back to the browser in a few seconds. Please help...

EDIT: Downloaded some program to convert BIN to ISO, thought maybe that would make a difference. Did ISO Write with DVDDecrypter, put it in my PS2, same thing. It acted like it was reading the disc, but just kept going back to the PS2 browser. WTF...

Now I'm thinking about somehow burning a DVD with the 3 toxic files already extracted instead of a BIN or CUE. So should I try writing a DVD with the SYSTEM.CNF, TB_UPG14.ELF, and ZZZ.ZZZ? Anyone who knows how to do this? I've wasted 3 of my Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs trying to figure this out on my own.

Now I found a different TOXIC file at another forum, it gets me one step further, it'll load to the White PS2 logo and sound effect, and then it doesn't go any further. HELP.

EDIT: I put one of the DVD-Rs I burned into my PC just to check if the files burned right, and the 3 files you're supposed to have a right there, the ZZZ.ZZZ, the one .ELF file, and whatever the other one is (can't remember). So I don't understand why this isn't working, why would the PS2 care whether the files are on a CD or a DVD...
