When i try to back up stealth after about 29 seconds into the VTS_01_1.VOB DVD Decrypter says I/O Error Illegal mode for this track. what do i do?

Decrypter can't handle this movie by itself. Here are 2 easy solutions:
Rip with DVD Fab Decrypter - like decrypter but still updated.
Download at 21 free trial of AnyDVD and CloneDVD.
The progs mentioned can be downloaded from aD until 12/31/05.

Here are two options for using DVD Decrypter without AnyDVD or DVD43:

Both ways work with no problem.

Also, DVDFab Decrypter can rip this movie, but I have not tried it with that one, so I cannot say if there are any problems with it.
