When I load a movie file up this message appears:

"Virtualdub has detected an inproper VBR audio encoding in the source avi file (audio stream 1) the current preference is to rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility this may introduce up to 1035 ms of skew from the video stream if this is unacceptable decompress the entire audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder (bitrate 119.0 + 12.3 kbps)"

How exactly do I solve this problem?

I read on another thread (here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/125180) instructions on how to do it, but it states that I need to rip the audio in full processing mode, and when I do I get this message:

'Error initalizing audio stream decompression: The requested conversion is not possible. Check to make sure you have the required codec.'

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
