How to preserve LBX format?

I have an AVI file (Divxmpg4 v3) (640x272).
I want to burn to VCD using Nero.
My last attempt makes everything tall.
How do I correct this?

It sounds like you used nero to convert it to VCD. Not good. If you look at the beginning of this forum you'll see a thread "FAQ: Burning AVI to VCD or SVCD with Nero" Check it out.
