I Get to the end of the encoding and it say's i have a problem with I/O Please Help???

encoding hmm...

check that you have DMA enabled...
i/o errors are usualy due to the hardware aren't they...

yeah i thought that aswell but if i were to do that i would have to f*ck up the speed of the skeleton making it look wierd, also if i were to slow it down, the changes in the frames would be more noticeable which is a bad thing cause i had to repeat a couple of frames after eachother, which is at this speed un-noticable...

so you cant win them all...
