Hello PPL

I buy this dvd recorder few days ago and i have some question.
bassicly all i want to know is how to copy like 3 hours on a dvd and do not lose any space on disc.

I don't want to put LP mode (4hours) and video material is 3 hours long and my disc is full about 3.2GB.
I put On optimalization Mode and i read all manual but if i want to copy those 3 hours on LP mode i can and i get 1.3Gb empty on DVD disc and if i put SP mode (2 hours ) dvd recoder shouts down after 2:15 minuts.

This is not Tv recording , this is when i use VHS to DVD copying.

i hope somebody can help me because it make me so mad ;-)
