Ok, now the guys with 'Newbie' status will see a nice "splash screen" when they want to start a new discussion thread, that basically tells them to check first our glossary, guides, articles and search for the forum messages to see if the question they're asking, has been answered already.

Hopefully this will reduce the habit of asking the same questions over and over again.
