Problem with my No CD

I am using a No CD crack for Civilization 4 because my CD drive screwed up a few days ago, and I can't get the new .exe file I am using to work. Every time I try to launch Civ 4, I get this error:
The procedure entry point _BinkShouldSkip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
