Can you select the version you want,
16:9 version or 4:3 versions when you use
DVD decrypter or Dvd2one programs?

I understand that, its just that when you use DVD decrypter, all you see
is a bunch of .VOB & .IFO files. How can you tell which format, is in what files?

Use ifoedit dvd play and watch a few minutes of the format you want. Then when exit ifoedit it will show what title set you watched.
