What the heck is cyclic redundancy check? That is what dvd shink says when I try to shink some movies like "The Great Raid" What should I try?

CRC errors usually occur from a smudged, dirty or scratched disc. Also "bad presses" will also give this type of error. Are you running AnyDVD in conjunction with Shrink?

Only in "deprotecting" the DVD. Try DVDDecrypter, as it appears to be more forgiving with "damaged" discs.
