V66 Subsidy and unlock code

Friends,
I have a V66 Motorola handset, it was with t-mobile network. But now I am a cingular customer. I need to use this handset (my cingular phone has become useless and they won't replace the handset without paying for it). Is there anyone who can help me make use of my V66 handset? I need to know what is the Subsidy code, how do I get the IMEI no and if need be the unlock code.
Appreciate any help in this issue.
