18 on the 1st of Dec I'm happy to say it's been almost 7 years since I been working with network stuff. ^--^
First computer I touched was in 97 running win NT.
Intel D875PBZ - P4 w/HT 3.0GHz 800MHz FSB 512KB Cache - 2GB DDR PC3200 - 760GBs [1x500GB - 1x160GB -1 x60GB +x40GB] - GeForce FX 5700 Ultra 128MB - Sony Dru-510a

Preator, let me guess Comp Eng? Just because I can see your code working, so you can't be in Computer Science. If your colour code worked I would think Systems Design.
My first computer was:
IBM 5150 PC
8088 processor at 4.77mhz
with 2 160k Floppy Drives
And we had it until the 90s

You all make me feel like a flippin' cadaver. I'm 31. My first comp was a 500 mhz celeron about four years ago. I'm on my second home-built now. Too much time on my hands.

Well chris, school is what ive been up to and when i havent been in school ive been just messing around on the comp keeping myself well entertained lol!
Praetor, school hasnt hit me hard? i went from a few hundred messages a week to 0 for about 2 months!

Mostly, kids trying out momma and pappa's computer while they are gone act like the post above.
What drew me here is the dvd ripping techniques I need to learn. Thanks for the site and the oppurtunity, dRD.
As for the original subject matter, let me say that I am senior in age to the majority of folks here and leave it at that. No need in making all you folks feel so good about it... *grins*
