i got my ps2 v9 modded with a magic 3.2 and wont play any backups that i bought from kaula Lumper and bali jus wondering if the chip was installed properly or if there is any way to test it thanx.

Magic did not make a 3.2 chip for a 9/10 and never even called the 3.2 anything other then a 3.1 chip that has DVD-9 painted on the chip. you got a wanna be clone, the only Magic that works with the V9 is the Magic 50K and the chip has 50K with a big check mark through the middle of it painted on the chip.

i don't have a 50K laying around, i only put a few of those in before swapping over to installing DMS chips for the most part but here is the 3.1 (blue) and the 3.2 (red)
