problem opening files in Divxtodvd program

Hey ive tryed useing Divxtodvd tool but im haveing a problem getting the files to open so i cant convert them the file name is ( [a4e]s-Cry-ed_01[divx.5.05].ogm ) and i get a error in the log saying that the files are( unsupported or not a A/V file ) the files play on my puter great but i dont know why it wont open the files please help great minds.
