v276 - How to get pictures off it???

The manual says its a v276 (not m)

When I do the MPT thing and get it to work, it doesn't show any media tool icon or whatever, though contacts sync fine.

I then decided to force it to v276m and it shows the icon for multimedia but trying to use anything in the multimedia tool doesn't work, period. It just sits there for a few minutes on the mobile file browser and eventually just doesnt show anything in the phone file list and i get something like "process failed" when i try and do anything.

Can someone please tell me how I can get the pictures I take with this phone off and onto my PC?

I found p2kman, but i get a "Volume name fail" when I try and use it to list the files.

It does say its connected...

I found a program called GAGIN which seems to be able to read the list of files, and even see my pictures and can download some, though sometimes it gives and error and crasshes.

I'm so lost =P

Just another note. It was the unpatched BREW AppLoader that worked. Once I patched it for GAGIN it says "Unrecognized memory configuration".

So weird.

u need to install the P2kman Drivers, to let the computer recognise ur phone and say connected....
