What would I need to burn from a dvd reader directy to a dvd recorder? Huge memory?Cpu?

yea,i have a samsung dvd rom,which i use to burn on the fly from my pioneer 105.great at
4x,,keep the units on seperate ide cables,and
enable dma for both..

forgot,my mate has a pentium 2 350,,little ram,
and on the fly still works great,,you dont need
any thing major,
