V220 Inbox Setup Problem

My mother-in-law got a V220 for xmas. However she's having problems accessing the inbox. She has unread messages in her inbox, but when she selects inbox on her phone she gets the following message: "Text Message Inbox Requires Setup".

I also have a V220 and don't recall having to setup the inbox. I've entered my inbox settings on to her phone but still got the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated. By the way, her phone is on Orange.

I'm on Virgin, all I did was copy my inbox settings to her phone which is on Orange.

When I say settings I mean just the basics. I haven't touched anything more serious than that. I don't know the Orange settings, if I did I wouldn't be posting a question on here.

Does anyone know the settings for a V220 inbox on Orange?

It is new, but phone numbers have been entered into the phone book and I wouldn't want to lose them.
