No sound after converting AVI to DVD and burning

I am using Toast Titanium (Toast 7) on a Mac.

I select the Video tab, with the DVD-Video setting selected.

The DVD burns just great. The video picture and menu looks great when I put it in my DVD player.

The problem is, there is no sound, no audio to go along with the picture.

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Your help is really appreciated.
