Im new at backing up and apparently have a LOT to learn.. So greatful I found this site! IM using free trial of ANYDVD as well as DVDSHRINK I have lite on 16x burning with nero that came with it .. i think it might be 6. somthing....okay, I have done a back up of a movie that had already been backed up because its one we really watch a lot. and had no problems BUT I tried to back up longest yard and after analizing when it begins to endcode mode then it says like 12+ hours... can this be correct? what do I need to do to get my time reduced ? looks like this would burn the whole computer drive up/

in the DVD Shrink preferences, go to I/O configuration and enable overlapped IO... otherwise this is strange...
