Should I be able to finalize/close a DVD-RW?

Hi all,

Is it possible to finalize/close a DVD-RW disc that I have written to in sessions? In both Nero and EZCD6 the option is greyed out and not available. Is this not possible with DVD-RW?

It is my understanding that you do not have to finalize RW disks..............

Hello
What an odd error. In Roxio 6 I have never had a problem finilizing a DVD-RW. How many different sessions have you writen to the DVD-RW? If you have the hard drive space, I would recomend coping all the data to your hard disk, erase the disk and reburn back in Roxio 6 selecting to finilize the disc all in one shot or use Nero's disc at once burning method. Hope that works.
