2.0 firmware ISO games on emulator V0.8c

so does anyone have any way to play 2.0 firmware game such as king kong, crash racing, WWE smackdown on version 1.5 UMDemulator V0.8c ?

No. The newer games are encrypted with 2.0 firmware and you MUSt have it on your PSP for the game to run.

is there a loader for 2.0 to run those games? I saw the fantija EBOOT for 2.0, but I don't think that can load ISOs?

No, 2.0 can only run emulators and other homebrew that dont accsess the PSP flash or UMD drive. since UMD emulators pretend to accsess the drive it wont work.
