Help needed with DVD Shrink...Please!

When I go to open my movie files from the hard drive in DVD Shrink, it is not recognizing the file(there is no title 1 or 2--it is blank). I've tried with 2 discs now and had the same problem. No problems backing up in the past until now. I'm using DVD Decrypter to read the DVD to the hard drive with DVD43 running in the background. Did I accidentally change a setting in Decrypter or Shrink? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

You also posted this exaxt same thing in the other forum. Don't double post, it doesn't make people want to help you any more.

I'm not completly sure about your problem, a little more info would help.
