This is what its called Slim Kit Pro 3.6 and i got them from http://www.modchip.com/ps2/v12slimkit.php. But there directions i cant dl cause the in .pdf format err somthing i got 3 items to install just need to know where they go. mine is a 750001 amnd it says its compatable with the v14.
any help is great ty

not to close and hes has diff parts (keys) then i do but what i saw was that he never closes it does that mean that i can never close the cover? How can i keep dust and dist and stuff from ruining my ps2?

new up date i got 2 pieces installed. The one where the arm comes goes back as if u put a game in and i cliped that to hold and the other i put where the reset button is. Now i tried it for shits and giggles. I closed the lid and the magic 3.6 loaded then as soon as i open the lid to a certain angle it said need bigger toc disk. and then i put a burned on in and closed it and right away it said not a ps2 disk. so i know that the only prob i got is the lid sensor and i got 1 piece left and have no idea where to put it so the sencor is going off. And is this bad for the slim? i used to have a slide card with a v7 and it worked great. this sems like im damaging the ps2. and it makes weird noises when the sm is spinning. hehe

mate im having the exact same problem !! i have three tools 2go in easy but the third which goes just in at the right of the hinge at the left it is a bloody nightmare canny get it in so that hte ps2 thinks the lid is shut been at it all day today so your not the olny 1 with teh problem but no one seems to be able to help ive asked and asked , mine comes up way the same msgs aswell not a valid ps2 disk ! its killing me desiprate to get it to work ! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh you had any luck yet just keep trying ! i hope it dont damage the ps2 thats what im worried about aswell mine is only 2 week old !

I have a v14 console and i installed the magic switch pro v2 by modifying the tool c. My console works with swap magic 3.6 but i can only lift the lid up by 25 degrees. you can perform the swap with backup games if you use tweezers, but once you lid above 25 degrees you cannot perform the swap

i used part a and b. and jsut took cover off an put tape on sensore c and put cover back on and it works great.

what i did was push tool C on the hing and press down, it went in and i moved it arond from there.
