How to clean DVD-RW media?

Does anyone know a good effective method to clean DVD-RW media that won't damage it?

A suggestion for cleaning media without causing more problems. Buy a package of Webril Handi Pads at your local paper/printing retail supply store. These pads (I like the 4"x4" at about $4/100) are non-woven cotton and lintless. They are used for cleaning printing plates which are more delicate than dvd media. A little Windex on a small spot on the pad cuts about any crud on the media. Wipe dry with the remainder of the pad. No lint, and super clean. You'll love it.
