can anyone help?
whenever i go to settings->personalise then the screen goes black for 15 seconds and then tells me theres no service
its really annoying when i want to put a skin on my phone but i wont be able to select the skin without changing the settings

I had exactly the same problem, tried googling & it seems to be quite a common fault, but no solutions. BUT this worked for me; any numbers saved to 'phone, transfer back to SIM & that's it, you should be able to get in to "personalise". I put all the numbers I wanted back on my 'phone & its still working OK :)
