Hi, I want to make a video file encoded as and MPEG-4 but having a file extension .mp4, any ideas? It is for the new Sony Ericsson P800 which will only play true .mp4 files. Any help would be gratefully recieved

I guess my question is, why? You won't hear any better video quality compared to AC3. If your Sony can only play .mp4 file format, then I would consider returning it in a heartbeat.
