Hi,
I have a Slimline PS2 SCPH-70004. I've backed up a few dvds and tried to play them on the PS2 but it keeps telling me it's not a valid format. Same with burnt cds. They work fine on my old dvd player, so I was wondering if there's anything I can do to make them work on my PS2?

If you are talking about PS2 DVD-r's and CD-r's youre PS2 need to be mooded (soldering of non soldering mood chip; of Swap Magic boot discs). If you are talking about DVD-R movies, some PS2 plays them, some dont... but chure a mooded one.
