Really looking for help here, i have a SCPH-75003 ps2 fliptop slimline. i have swap magic but when i put it in and put in a backup it says not valid ps2 disk, i cannot get the third tool in so i have to close and open the lid when swap magic loads , will this matter?

Yes, what tools are you using, all tools need to be inserted in order for it to work, the only tool that you dont really need is the one that moves the disk brake back.
