How do I identify and retain subtitles when reauthoring?

All subtitles are selected by default in DVD Shrink, whether doing a full disk or main movie backup. They should be listed below the audio section and are usually named as what they are i.e. French, Spanish, etc. If you want to keep them do nothing, or you can untick the one(s) you don't want.
